Why People Don't Succeed with
Multiplication.
The concept of Multiplication as
outlined above is simple enough.
It's effectiveness has been
proven many times over. Evidenced by many successful
network companies world wide.
So why do people have such difficulty in implementing multiplication
successfully? Evidenced by
a colosal 95% failure rate.
Firstly lets look at what multiplication really means within the
context of recruiting successfully.
Let's imagine You have studied the product and the marketing plan
carefully and done your due diligence homework on the company. You are
very excited because you recognise the huge
world wide market demand and on - going earning potential for the
product.
You tell everyone you come in contact with about the great new business
you have joined.
You place a banner provided by the company on your website.
You purchase 1000 leads then email everyone on your list with a well
composed email message.
You advertise in your local newspaper and run some PPC ads in Google.
Within five weeks, your enthusiasm rubs off on to 10 other people who
you recruit into your downline.
You feel great, you keep in close contact with your new recruits and
help them in every way you can.
By the seventh week 2 of your recruits have recruited 2 people each
through email marketing and 5 recruits have recruited 1 family
member each. Now you have 19 people in your downline.
Over the next three months you have personally recruited another 15
people.You pass 10 of these new recruits down to your 1st level
downline who by now are all very close to having 10 people in their
first level and a couple have even built down several levels. It's time
to celebrate! You have got 15 people in your first level, ten of those
have 10 people in their first level which is your second level and
their are a few in your third and fourth level. Altogether you have 130
people in your downline. The company is sending your monthly commission
to your PayPal account as regular as clockwork and you are walking
around with a rosy glow, in the knowledge that this program is working
for every one. You have worked out that at the current rate of growth,
you will be earning over $100,000.00 per month in around a years time.
Another two months goes by and you have personally recruited another 20
people but your whole downline has only recruited another 5 people into
the third level. You send emails to all your second level recruits and
try to inspire them to recruit more people.
You get a barrage of emails back
asking you to instruct them on how to recruit people. You spend
literally hours, writing back to each one with personalized
instructions on how to; email people, set up their websites, place
banners on their websites, advertise, teach their recruits how to
recruit, etc. etc.
After a month you are
overwhelmed with work. You realize that you have to handle people in
groups as you just don’t have the time to answer everyone
personally. So you decide to set up a forum, live chat conferences and
hold meetings for people in your locality.
